Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress and can be beneficial in some situations. It can alert us to dangers and help us prepare and pay attention. On the contrary, anxiety sometimes hampers our daily functioning. Through this workshop, we will try to understand and identify anxiety in our daily life. Through discussion, the aim is to develop a Self Care Tool kit that works as a support system and a resource for stress management.
