Education & Research

Balchand Prajapati obtained his Bachelors of Science from Allahabad University in 2003 and Masters of Science in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University in 2005. He completed his Doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2011. His doctoral thesis deals with the structure of rings and group rings with the help of its derivations. His area of interest also includes derivation of algebras and modules.

Past Employment

Before joining Ambedkar University Delhi in 2012 Balchand Prajapati was a Visiting Faculty in Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences from 2011 to 2012.
