Instructions for filling online Application Form for Non-Teaching Positions

  • Before filling up the Online Application Form, candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions.
  • Click on “Careers@AUD” link from university website www.aud.ac.in to visit the Online Job Portal jobportal.aud.ac.in .
  • Click on “Vacant Positions” link from the Online Job Portal.
  • Vacant Positions are categorized into Academic and Non- Academic Positions
  • Click on Tab “Non-Academic Positions” under “Vacant Positions”.
  • Select the desired Job and Click “Apply Online” after reading the instructions and start filling the form.
  • Fields with red STAR (*) marks are mandatory and it is essential that they be filled in by the candidate. The Program automatically checks to make sure all the required information is provided. It will alert you if any required information is missing. You will not be able to submit your application until all the required information has been provided.
  • Keep a scanned copy of your photograph (dimensions: 200*150 pixels) and signature (dimensions: 200*120 pixels) ready for uploading at the time of filling up the form. Both files should be in JPG format with a size limit of 500KB.
  • After you hit the “Submit” button you can still check and make changes in your Application form, through, the preview function of your Application Form. Once you hit the “Continue” button in the Preview page of the Application form no more changes can be made. Please be sure to review your Application carefully before Submission.There is an Auto-Save of Data feature in the Application form. If you close your
  • Application form without submission, then you can continue to modify your form by logging in again.
  • Only applications received submitted online followed by a hardcopy thereof will be entertained.

STEPS REQUIRED FOR FILLING THE ONLINE JOB APPLICATION FORM

  • Visit http://jobportal.aud.ac.in/latest_jobs to view Vacant Positions.
  • Vacant Positions are categorized into Academic and Non-Academic Positions.
  • Click on the relevant option to get details about the particular position.
  • Click on the ‘Apply Online’ button to apply for the position.
  • Enter your Name and primary email ID (an authentication code will be sent to your email id).
  • Enter the Captcha & click on Submit button.
  • Check your email. You should have received a mail from careers@aud.ac.in containing your confirmation code (please check the notification / Spam folder in case the mail isn't found in the inbox).
  • Return to the AUD Online Job Form Login screen
  • Re-enter your Name, Email ID & Captcha
  • You'll be asked to enter a password - Enter the password sent to you via email
  • On clicking the Submit button, you will be redirected to the Online Job Application Form.
  • Upload a scanned copy of your photograph (dimensions: 200*150 pixels) and signature (dimensions: 200*120 pixels) in JPG format with a size limit of 500KB each.
  • After submission of duly filled application form, preview of the application form would appear for the final review by the candidate.
  • You can make any modifications required by going back to the application form during the preview process.
  • If the form is complete, submit the application and complete the process of online application form.
  • A unique reference number will be generated for each application. Candidate should use this unique number for all future communications.
  • A mail will be sent to the primary email id alongwith a copy of duly filled application form and steps & instructions of the online application form.
  • Candidate should take a printout of the Duly Filled in Online and send it by post along with the attested copies of all the relevant documents/ testimonials etc. to the Registrar, Ambedkar University, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi -110006.
  • Without the printed duly filled-in application form and all the required documents/ testimonials, your application would not be processed.
